Chinese gymnastics

A set of exercises:

2) Gently rub your ears 15-20 times with your thumb and index finger.
3) Use your tongue to make a circular motion across your teeth, 20 times in one direction and the same amount in the other.
4) Slowly inflate your cheeks 30-35 times.
5) Stroke the head, starting from the forehead and ending at the back of the head 10-15 times. Find the junction point of the occiput with the cervical vertebrae and press it 10-15 times.
6) Eyes are closed, make circular movements with them 10 times in each direction. Then, without pressing hard, massage your eyes with your thumbs. Open your eyes and blink for 5-6 seconds.
7) Rub your face from bottom to top with both palms, make 20 movements.
Bend your arms at the elbows and throw them back and forth one at a time. The exercise is performed at an average pace of 25-30 movements.
9) Put your hands on your knees and slowly rub them, gently pressing on the joints, 25-30 times.
10) Make circular movements of the body in the lower back, the hands are on the hips. At first, the range of movements is small, gradually increases, and then decreases again. Make 20 movements in each direction, and then rhythmically pull in (squeeze) the anus 10-15 times.
11) Walk around the room or yard for 2-3 minutes, raising your knees high. At first, the exercise is performed slowly, then faster and faster, and by the end it slows down again.
